Yes Jane, there is great talent of all sorts on this site, and I love that too. That it is not someone that has been paid to professionally style their dishes to make them look appealing, it is real dishes created and made in MOST cases by everyday people, like you and me. The talent that is in JAP just amazes me, and I am attempting things that I never would b4 because the recipes are real ones made by real people.
What I really enjoy are regional dishes, authentic dishes that real peeps make and now I can duplicate them.
I grew up in upstate NY and can do new england things with my eyes closed, now we have the whole enchilada! We got Tx, we got AL, we got the whole US, and wow even peeps from other countries.

Thanks again Jane, It is one of mine too. I made a bone in one on yesterday. CENTER RIB PORK ROAST and it is always great with or without the bone in.
